• During this session the relationship between food and farming becomes apparent.
• The session leader unpacks one brightly-coloured lunchbox and each of the food items is removed one at a time and its origin is discussed with the group.
• It becomes something of a revelation that everything in the lunchbox and virtually everything that we eat starts off by growing in the farm or garden
• …. and that all of the examples in the lunchbox can be grown on the Wimpole Estate!
• Please note that lunch is not supplied with this session.
